Yes. A business email needs a domain name, such as yourcompany.com. A personal Gmail address may not look official enough for ministry, banking, supplier, invoice and commercial record communication.

Does the existing domain affect platform choice?

Can I use my business email on mobile and Outlook?

Whichever option you choose, we can set up the email on your mobile phone. We also support setup on Outlook, laptops and browser access, depending on the email platform selected.

How do I protect my company email from password and spam problems?

For Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoho Mail, we can enable email security using an authenticator app. This adds an extra approval step when someone tries to sign in, reducing the risk of mailbox takeover if a password is guessed or leaked.

We also configure basic email records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC where supported, so your domain is better prepared for sending email to clients with stronger spam protection.

What happens if my mailbox becomes full?

For supported setups, we can configure an automatic WhatsApp notification when your inbox is close to 80% full. This helps avoid missed emails caused by full mailbox storage, which is common with small webmail and limited-storage accounts.
