Quotations and Pricing

Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on the quotation. Pricing may change if project scope, quantities, specifications, site conditions or client requirements change after the quotation has been issued.

Orders and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Delays caused by supplier lead times, customs clearance, site access issues or client-side changes may affect delivery or installation dates.

Installation and Site Access

Where installation is included, the client must provide suitable site access, power availability and any required permissions. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Payments

Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or invoice. Products supplied may remain the property of TA OMAN until full payment has been received, where permitted by applicable law and contract terms.

Warranty and Support

Warranty coverage, if applicable, depends on the manufacturer and the specific product supplied. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or issues caused by third-party systems not supplied by us.

Limitation of Liability

TA OMAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of business, data or revenue. Our liability for any claim relating to products or services is limited to the value of the relevant order or service agreement unless otherwise required by law.
