A single card costs more because every print run carries the same setup — machine preparation, artwork, colour check — whether we print one card or three hundred. Single cards are usually reprints of lost staff cards, printed from the design we hold on file.
Card design is a one-time fee of 10 OMR — front and back layout, your logo, colours, and placement of names and photos. All future orders and reprints use the same design at no extra charge. If you have print-ready artwork, send it and skip the fee.

RFID Cards
For staff ID, student ID, government ID, and gift card applications. We print the cards and program them, so they arrive encoded and working with your access control or attendance reader. Tell us your card and reader type when ordering.

Reorders are faster: your design is on file, so a new staff card needs only a name, a photo, and a number.
Production
Print Quality: UV and Offset Printing
We print on UV and offset presses, not desktop card printers. Offset gives consistent, edge-to-edge colour across large runs — every card in a 300-card order comes out identical. UV-cured ink bonds hard to the card surface, so the print does not fade or scratch off with daily swiping and handling.
For cards that carry an RFID chip, the chip is programmed for your reader before delivery.

We supply lanyards (plain or printed with your logo), retractable badge reels, and card covers with your order. Include quantities in your enquiry and they will be in the same quote and the same delivery.
