Attendance use
Employees clock in by fingerprint, card or passcode. The machine sends the records to attendance software, where you can check late arrivals, absences and overtime.
Door-access use
The machine can connect to a magnetic or electric door lock, an exit button and a door sensor. See our access control system in Oman guide for larger projects.
Software options
Use ZKTeco software for basic attendance reports, BioTime for online management, or connect the machine to our attendance management software.
Installation service
Installation can include wall mounting, network connection, software setup, adding employee fingerprints and training the person who will use the software. Door parts are priced after we check the site.

Is the ZKT F18 the same as the ZKTeco F18?
Yes. ZKT is commonly used as a shortened form of ZKTeco; both names refer to the same F18 machine.
Can the F18 control a glass door with a magnetic lock?
Yes. It can connect to a magnetic or electric door lock and an exit button. The correct lock and mounting brackets depend on the type of door.
How many employees can it handle?
It can store up to 3,000 user fingerprints and 100,000 clock-in and clock-out records. For a busy entrance with long queues, a face machine may be faster.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The F18 saves attendance records inside the machine when the network is unavailable. It sends them to the software after the connection returns.
